Finance expert joins HSBC private banking in Luxembourg

HSBC Private Bank Luxembourg has appointed Amadi Ike as its new chief operating officer (COO).
Ike's role will become effective 1 February 2022, following a 15-year career across retail, corporate banking, private banking and wealth management.
As a qualified accountant with a diploma in anti-money laundering, Ike has led transformation programs, embedded governance and controls, as well as driven business performance before joining HSBC in 2014.
HSBC is a British multinational investment bank and financial services holding company. It was ranked as the second largest bank in Europe according to the worldwide bank ranking series 2021. Subsidiary HSBC Private Bank is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
