ILA announces appointment of four new board members

The Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA), the association representing the country's directors, has announced four new appointments to its board.
David Capocci (KPMG), Linda Funck (Elvinger Hoss), Alban Aubrée (EY) and Thomas Seale (Seale Advisory) were appointed at the ILA's annual general meeting on Wednesday.
The four new appointments replace John Li and Philippe Hoss, members for the last twelve years who had reached the end of their maximum terms, and Ruth Bültmann and Emmanuel Dolle, who decided not to stand for re-election.
Three other board members - Katia Ciesielska, Marc Feider and Rosa Villalobos - were re-elected to their roles.
