CBRE appoints new Luxembourg executive director

Frank Rosenbaum, who led CBRE's Luxembourg office for nearly five years, is returning as executive director of the American real estate firm's Luxembourg operations after about nine months. 

Rosenbaum takes over again from William Moulin, who is leaving the company by mutual agreement. Moulin worked at CBRE for three years before becoming its Luxembourg head.

The commercial real estate specialist employs three dozen people in Luxembourg.
