Clifford Chance appoints new counsels, senior associates

International law firm Clifford Chance has appointed two counsels and nine senior associates at its Luxembourg office.

Eimear O'Dwyer 

O'Dwyer, appointed as counsel, specialises in capital markets, securitisation and structured finance.  

Adnes Muhovic

Muhovic, appointed as counsel, has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in national and cross-border finance work. 

Benoît America 

America, appointed as senior associate, focuses on the regulatory framework associated with investment funds and their managers. 

Zoé Bofferding

Bofferding, appointed as senior associate, advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory, corporate and structural aspects of investment vehicles.

Florie-Anne Gonera

Gonera, appointed as senior associate, advises domestic and international clients on legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of structuring.

Charlotte Reynders

Reynder, appointed as senior associate, advises domestic and international clients on the structuring of investment vehicles with real estate, infrastructure, debt and private equity strategies. 

Anne-Lise Vandevoir

Vandevoir, appointed as senior associate, advises clients on legal, regulatory and organisational aspects of the structuring, management and servicing. 

Margaux Felix

Felix, appointed as senior associate, specialises in national and cross-border banking and finance work.

Sherazade Ould-Hocine

Ould-Hocine, appointed as senior associate, focuses on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Sadan Ramovic

Ramovic, appointed as senior associate, advises across the whole spectrum of lending activities.

Nazim Faïd

Faïd, appointed as senior associate, focuses on private equity, acquisition financing, complex restructuring and joint ventures.
