Clifford Chance Luxembourg appoints two new partners
Two new partners have been appointed at the Luxembourg office of international law firm Clifford Chance.
Stefanie Ferring, a member of the Luxembourg banking, finance and capital markets practice, focuses on cross-border financial restructurings as well as international and domestic real estate finance work for banks and investors.
Maren Stadler-Tjan, who is qualified in both Germany and Luxembourg, is a member of the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice and works on the structuring and set-up of alternative investment funds. She also leads the ESG initiative for the Luxembourg funds practice.
Both women will take up their new roles on 1 May.
Established in 2000, Clifford Chance Luxembourg has more than 180 professionals, including a team of 120 lawyers and 12 partners.
