East-West United Bank appoints David Hagen to board of directors
East-West United Bank has appointed David Hagen to its board of directors.
Hagen previously spent two decades with Luxembourg's financial industry regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. At CSSF, Hagen set up the supervision of the information systems of regulated financial firms. Prior to joining CSSF, Hagen worked for more than a decade in the financial sector and ICT management with companies including PWC and BIL.
East-West United Bank was founded in Luxembourg in 1974 and provides private banking and corporate financing. It has been controlled since 2007 by Moscow-based PJSFC Sistema, a publicly traded holding company.
