Arendt Services has appointed Christian Heinen as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He takes over Olivier Hamou's functions, who will remain a member of the company's board of directors.

Heinen has experience working on various management positions in the fund and corporate services sector across the world.

Arendt Services is an Arendt & Medernach subsidiary company, complementing its legal services. The company gives specialist advice to Luxembourg and foreign institutional clients, and covers the legal, regulatory, taxation and advisory aspects of business in the Grand Duchy.
