NautaDutilh Luxembourg appoints new partner and two counsel

Law firm NautaDutilh Luxembourg has appointed a new partner and two counsel.

The business has appointed Sara Gerling as a new partner in banking and finance. Gerling advises primarily institutional clients on all types of international and domestic financing transactions, involving real estate, fund, acquisition and asset finance. 

Meliha Dacic and Carmen Schellekens have been appointed as counsel.
