Quintet Private Bank has appointed Philip Tremble as Group Chief Risk Officer.

Tremble, who joins from HSBC, where he worked for more than three decades, will take over the role on March 15.

He will replace Anthony Swings, who is staying at Quintet but moving to the newly created post of Head of the Office of the Group CEO.

Founded in 1949, Quintet is headquartered in Luxembourg and has a workforce of around 2,000 staff in 50 cities across Europe.
