RBS International names business development director

RBS International has appointed Robert Jarvis as business development director for its Luxembourg-based operations.

Prior to joining the bank, he spent four years at the National Development Agency for the Financial Centre in Luxembourg, and before that he had two 18-month stints at Ernest & Young and at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting S.A.
