Barn ablaze in Boxhorn

(ADW) It was early on Thursday afternoon that a barn fire was reported in Boxhorn, however the reason for the blaze has not yet been determined.

A neighbour of the farm raised the alarm, as she came to collect hay stored in the barn for her cattle.

The building was completely ablaze when firefighters arrived, however they quickly brought it under control and completely extinguished it, but not before the fire completely destroyed some farm machinery.

Luckily nobody was reported injured in the blaze.
