Christmas tree bags raise money for Handicap International
(MSS) Handicap International is celebrating its 20th anniversary helping people with disabilities in developing countries. This winter, as they do every year, the charity is selling Christmas tree bags or “Sac à Sapin”to raise money.
Buying a bag not only decorates and protect the foot of the Christmas tree catching needles but also helps to raise money for a good cause.
Each bag is sold for 5 euros with 1,50 euros being donated to Handicap International to help fund their humanitarian work with people with disabilities in more than 60 developing countries.
The “Sac à Sapin” is made from biodegradable and environmentally friendly. It can be used at the end of Christmas to wrap around your tree, and can easily be disposed with other green waste.
The bags are available at Cactus and Auchan.
