Get plugged in and discover Luxembourg
Residents and tourists can learn more about Luxembourg's culture, history, gastronomy and technology by travelling in an electric vehicle if they sign up to a new event.
On June 13, the Discover Luxembourg Electric Car Rally sets off with a fleet of 30 electric cars to ferry participants around the trail of approximately 100 kilometres.
In addition to the fleet of electric vehicles, owners of electric vehicles will be able to take part with their own vehicles.
Discover Luxembourg is a kind of treasure hunt, providing a fun and interactive way to learn more about the country.
The event begins at 10am at the Mélange store in Dommeldange (rue Nennig), with teams returning mid-afternoon.

The cost is 100 euros per team. A draw will be made to allocate vehicles to teams who do not have their own electric vehicles.
The eighth annual Discover Luxembourg 2015 (on foot) will take place on Saturday, September 5 this year, during the LCTO's Summer in the City programme, from 1pm.
Both events will be supporting the Omega 90 palliative care centre in Luxembourg-Hamm and its education programme.
