A suspected drug dealer was arrested by police after erroneously mistaking an officer for a customer.
The suspect approached a car in rue de Strasbourg, Luxembourg City, at around 1am on Sunday and asked through the passenger window if the occupants wanted something. He quickly realised his error when a police officer emerged from the car.
The suspect fled on foot towards “rue Adolphe Fischer”, throwing small balls of drugs on the ground as he ran. A subsequent drug test revealed that the balls contained cocaine.
The suspect was caught and arrested.
