Dramatic duckling drain rescue

Firefighters were called to an unusual rescue on Wednesday when seven ducklings fell down a drain in Hesperange.

According to reports, the young birds had been following their mother when a prowling cat scattered the group, causing the ducklings to fall into the drain.

Firefighters quickly rescued the baby birds and reunited them with their mother.
