October 20: Juncker's investment plan for Europe
This American Chamber lunch talk will welcome Pim van Ballekom, Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), to speak about the Investment Plan for Europe (IPE, colloquially known as the “Juncker Plan”) and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI).
Where do the IPE and the EFSI currently stand? What do they mean in practice and why are they relevant for businesses and entrepreneurs situated in Europe and beyond?
This session aims to touch upon these questions and links them to current events and the activities of the EIB, the world’s largest - and according to some most unknown - multilateral institution, situated on the Kirchberg.
The lunch is hosted at Sofitel Kirchberg from 12 noon. To find out more or register, visit amcham.lu
