Findel rush-hour car crash causes major delays
A crash between two cars in Findel on Monday morning caused a large amount of material damage to both vehicles and caused major traffic delays.
The accident occurred on route de Trèves during morning rush-hour traffic just after 8am.
A car is reported to have veered into the lane on the other side of the road and crashed with force into another car travelling in the opposite direction.
A large amount of damage was caused to both vehicles but whether or not occupants of either car were injured, has not been reported.
Due to the damage and amount of debris across the road, a clean-up operation meant that traffic jams formed in both directions at a particularly busy time of day. However once both cars were towed away, traffic flow quickly returned to normal.
