Former US first lady Nancy Reagan dies
(AFP/NG) Former US first lady Nancy Reagan died Sunday at age 94, a spokeswoman for the Reagan Presidential Library and Foundation in Simi Valley, California, said.
Congestive heart failure was the cause of death, spokeswoman Joanne Drake said.
One of her major initiative as first lady was her "Just Say No" campaign, which encouraged recreational drug prevention. She is also remembered for her care and support of her husband, former president Ronald Reagan, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease from 1994 until his death in 2004.
