(ADW) Fans of the British band Supertramp that have been performing since the 1970s, will be disappointed to learn their European tour, including the Luxembourg concert on December 5, has been cancelled due to illness.

Founding member of Supertramp Rick Davies is reported to be suffering from “health issues”, although what exactly has not been disclosed.

This means that the concert planned at the Rockhal, organised by den Atelier has unfortunately had to be cancelled along with all the other dates across Europe.

Rick Davies in an official statement said, “I was really looking forward to returning to Europe and playing with the band again and I’m sorry to disappoint everyone who has overwhelmingly supported the upcoming tour. Unfortunately my current health issues have derailed me and right now I need to focus all of my energy on getting well”.

Den Atelier have stated that all tickets already purchased will be refunded at the point of purchase.

All tickets bought on the website www.atelier.lu will automatically be refunded back to the credit card account they were purchased from.
