The agricultural farm estate of Jean-Jacques Ludovicy known as “Harlinger Poteau” near Baschleiden in the north-west of the country, played host to a special visitor on Wednesday; none other than Grand Duke Henri.

A visit to the flagship organic farm embedded right in the catchment area of the Upper Sure Reservoir specialising in milk and beef production, was of great interest to the head of state. He examined just how the agricultural sector has taken measures to protect water resources in the area.

These measures displayed in a series of exhibits explained by experts in Luxembourg Agriculture such as Agricultural Chamber, Asta and Ettelbruck Agriculture School.
