The lecture will be held onTuesday, July 2, 2013, from 6pm to 9pm at the Abbaye de Neumünster, room Edmond Dune, 28 rue Münster L-2160 Luxembourg.

Welcome remarks by Serge Allegrezza, Head of the Observatory of Competitiveness begin at 6.10pm, following by an introduction from Janet Gornick, Director of LIS.

The lecture starts at 6.30pm and is followed by a light buffet dinner from 7.30pm.
