Kidnapped woman released
The 38-year-old woman who was abducted earlier this week at her home in France, has been released by her kidnappers, according to AFP.
On Wednesday, wort.lu reported that the shop manager, who worked in Luxembourg, was reportedly taken by armed men on Sunday night from her home in Mexy, in the Lorraine region.
Police have revealed that during the night from Wednesday to Thursday the woman was released and went to a police station in Longwy with her parents.
Police have refused to divulge any further information about the investigation, which was being led by a specialist team in Nancy.
