LSAP, a driving force... around a karting track
Luxembourg Socialist party LSAP, showed their driving force on Sunday, although not it Parliament but around Mondercange karting track for their annual family day.
While Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn hopped on his bike, Deputy Prime Minister Etienne Schneider fancied himself a Lewis Hamilton as he chose to go karting and raced around the track.
Many well-known faces of the political party turned out for the event including Claudia Dall'Agnol who could not wait to get behind the wheel.
Also present, among others, were Health Minister Lydia Mutsch, Sports Minister Romain Schneider, and Francine Closener the Secretary of State for Economy.
Whether or not the event was meant as a statement that the LSAP is a “driving force” in Luxembourg politics, is not known.
