(CS/vb) With the annual leave of construction workers over, the refurbishment of several train tracks continues, causing some rail traffic disruptions starting August 24.

The route between Mersch and Ettelbrück will be completely closed between August 24 and September 15. Buses will circulate between the two stations.

The trains to Wasserbillig meanwhile will be diverted. Instead of travelling via Cents-Hamm and Sandweiler, they will circulate via Alzingen and Syren.

Starting August 31, there will be several train cancellations between Bettembourg and Dudelange due to works along the tracks until September 15.
