Félix and Claire get hitched in Germany
(CS) Luxembourg's Prince Félix and Claire Lademacher were met by waiting crowds and the press when the arrived for the 12.30pm civil marriage ceremony in Königstein im Taunus in Germany.
Claire wore a white ensemble with capped sleeves by designer Jan Taminiau, together with nude heels. Prince Félix played it safe wearing a classic dark suit.
Some 40 journalists waited for the couple, who arrived together with their families. Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore an outfit by Edouard Vermeulen for Natan, while Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie and Princess Alexandra both chose Prada. Princess Tessy wore Lynn Adler.
Claire's mother wore an outfit by Moschino.
Security guards and around 15 police officers were on site to ensure the safety of the family celebration.
The couple were married by Königstein mayor Leonhard Helm, with Claire's brother Felix acting as Prince Félix's witness and Princess Alexandra acting as Claire's witness.
More pictures of the wedding will follow over the course of the afternoon. The couple is expected to depart Königstein around 2.30pm.
On Saturday, a religious service will follow in the south of France with around 370 guests expected to attend.
