It was just before 8pm on Sunday evening when thieves cut through the chain-link fencing around a company's premises in an areas known as Rinnheck in Schandel.

(ADW) It was just before 8pm on Sunday evening when thieves cut through the chain-link fencing around a company's premises in an areas known as Rinnheck in Schandel.

Within 6 minutes the culprits somehow managed to steal half a tonne of copper valued at about €2800.

According the the precise police report, the theft begin at 7:54pm and was already over by 8pm as the perpetrators loaded all the copper in a minivan, possibly a Renault, before fleeing the premises.
