Luxembourg royals go motoring in China

Luxembourg’s Crown Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie did a spot of motoring on their current visit to China. Or rather, they took a tour of an automobile museum in Shanghai, together with Economy Minister Etienne Schneider.

It was on Thursday the couple were shown around the museum of cars and other transport, from China’s history.

A visit be the royal couple beforehand to telecom manufacturer ZTE was no coincidence, as the reception was held in what used to be the Luxembourg Pavilion during the World Expo in 2010.

Talks on trade between the two countries is on the agenda as a meeting with "China Council for the Promotion of International Trade" is planned during the whirlwind trip.
