The number of people requiring intensive care has dropped from 22 to 11 in the last 24 hours, the Health Ministry said on Thursday.

The number of patients in general wards has remained stable at 67.

There have been no new coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours, and a further 35 people are now considered cured. The number of active virus cases stands at 147.

Since the start of the pandemic, 3,915 people have tested positive for the virus in Luxembourg. Eleven new infections were confirmed between Wednesday and Thursday.

The virus reproduction ration has remained unchanged at 0.993.
