(ADW) Street artists from Luxembourg and several other European countries invaded Esch-sur-Alzette from the Place de la Resistance right down to Town Hall square on Friday, as day one of the the popular “Terres Rouges” festival triumphantly began.
Many forms of street art and displays could be enjoyed by the public including a dance routine by the British queen Elisabeth!
Day two on Saturday sees a move to the Belval where a fun family running event, or "Escher Kulturlaf" takes place with entertainment provided along the route.
The festival reaches its climax on Sunday with the Terres Rouges music festival. The likes of Morcheeba, Aloe Blacc, Milow, Crystal Fighters take to the stage in Galgenberg at the park by Esch-sur-Alzette. More info at: www.terresrouges.lu
