(CS) The “Musée National d'Histoire et d'Art” (MNHA) is looking for pictures of Luxembourg kitchens for a new exhibition about home decor and design.

The exhibition “From Mansfeld to Design (1500 – 2013). Home decor and crafts in Luxembourg, something special?”, all about the topic of kitchens, will open shortly.

Historic kitchens form a part of the exhibition, but the museum also wants visitors to see what everyday life at home in Luxembourg looks like right now.

The museum is therefore looking for pictures of kitchens, big and small, cheap and expensive, new and old. However, kitchens should not have been built before around 1990.

For the chance to be included in the exhibition, take a picture of your kitchen and send it to tom.lucas@mnha.etat.lu together with a contact phone number. The museum will select the kitchens and then send around a professional photographer.

The pictures will be displayed anonymously in the exhibition.
