Thief steals Christmas tree and lights
A real-life Grinch appears to have struck at a home in Bettembourg where they stole a Christmas tree and decorations.
On the morning of November 27, occupants of the address in rue Amelie rose to find fairy lights and their Christmas tree, which was planted in the front garden, had been stolen.
Police believe that the thief struck some time between 10pm on November 26 and 8am on November 27.
Anyone with information about the theft, is urged to call Luxembourg Police on 113.
The Grinch is a fictional character created by Dr Seuss, who hates Christmas so much that he steals everything associated with the holiday.
