Times Like These - 23 July
ARA City Radio presenter Sam Steen and Luxembourg Times reporter John Monaghan discuss some of the week's top stories, including complaints from those living in some of the areas worst affected by last week's floods that they did not get adequate warnings in advance from the government; the admission that nine entities of a controversial spyware firm, whose software is alleged to have been used by governments to target human rights advocates, are based in Luxembourg; and how Luxembourg's residents are amongst the slimmest in the EU.
Some 9,000 daily listeners tune in to the English-language radio station, which is on air weekdays from 6 o’clock in the morning to 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
