The Whisky Club Luxembourg will be pairing whiskies with fish and seafood dishes at its next gastronomic experience on June 26.

The Whisky Club Luxembourg will be pairing whiskies with fish and seafood dishes at its next gastronomic experience on June 26.

The event will be hosted at the Sofitel Luxembourg Europe hotel in Kirchberg where diners will be treated to eight courses, hand-picked by the organisers to complement each whisky.

The meal begins with canapés paired with Johnnie Walker Double Black and ginger ale. This is followed by a lobster salad with Oban Distillers Edition, then gambas risotto served with Cardhu and afterwards tuna “en croute” with Bushmills aged 21 years.

As a palate cleanser, diners will be served a coulis with sorbet accompanied by Royal Lochnagar, followed by a veal steak and polenta, accompanied by Clynellish Distillers Edition.

Desert will be served with Cragganmore Distillers Edition and coffees with Glen Ord aged 30 years.

The cost per person is 90 euros. Advance reservation compulsory.
