As Luxembourg's first e-commerce marketplace, Letzshop.lu has continued to grow since its launch in 2018, reaching the milestone of 100,000 users in 2022. This growth was achieved despite the difficult economic environment, particularly the return of inflation. Letzshop persevered throughout, and continues to meet the needs of its customers.

In English, please!

To serve an even wider audience, Letzshop.lu recognised it needed to be available in English, and has now made this step. The English-speaking population of Luxembourg is now able to discover and buy thousands of high-quality items. Many are local products made available in the “Made in Luxembourg” category, including food, drink, arts, fashion and jewellery. You can have purchases delivered to your home or pick them up in the shop thanks to the “click & collect” function.

Letzshop delivery costs are very reasonable, with a fast and reliable service.

Customers can register their credit card details, thus simplifying and speeding the payment process. Another new feature is being able to view the remaining balance of a gift certificate via the customer account. Finally, re-purchasing items ordered previously is now made quick and easy by clicking on a link in the orders history section.
