ARA City Radio presenter Lisa McLean and Luxembourg Times reporter Emery P. There's also the latest project helping Luxembourg live up to its NATO commitment to spend 3% of its economic output on the mutual defence, and while Prime Minister Xavier Bettel is rejecting a second lockdown as the virus behind Covid-19 spreads across Europe, that could change.
