(CS) Pupils at a Sanem primary school have raised 1,000 euros for the Luxembourg Make-A-Wish charity through a musical show and the sale of Easter goodies.
The first public fundraiser at the school was hosted on March 21, and saw children perform in a music show and the sale of homemade Easter-themed decorations.
The fundraiser was also a chance for parents to learn more about the charity and its activities in Luxembourg.
On May 24, Make-A-Wish returned to the school, where the children proudly presented a 1,000 euro cheque to Marcel Hagendoor, one of the co-founder of Make-A-Wish Luxembourg.
Make-A-Wish Luxembourg was founded in October last, and raises funds to grant wishes of children suffering form life-threatening diseases.
